The closest to that is to select horses in a barn and run them through Breeding Advice from the bottom of the barn page. That will test all the selected horses against both parents and neuter the ones that are significantly worse than both. However, that's a fairly coarse comb, and I usually find, even using SBA, that, especially with colts, I have to go through those who passed and sort out the rest that paper the same as their sires one at a time.

For anything else, double checking fillies, neutering for too low a PT or inconsistency, it has to be done one by one.
