Is it permissible for a horse to go from one of my accounts to another, if it's via a friend buying it from me and me buying it back from her? If so, I'll pitch the idea to her, but if not, that's fine, I can just run my accounts with no cross-pollination.

Also, are you able/allowed to set a horse up for stud on one account, and use him as a stud on another one of your accounts?

This is from the Rules and ToS tab on the bottom of the navigation.

Members may not sell and breed horses between multiple accounts they own for any reason. Members with multiple premium upgrades are exempt from this rule.

FabryEquines is correct, it is not allowed. The ONLY time multiple accounts owned by the same person can exchange horses is if both/all the accounts have a premium upgrade. (This also applies to cash transfers).

Putting a stallion up for public breeding makes the horse available to anyone, and no restrictions can be place on who breeds to the horse, or how many times. Based on that reasoning I would say you were ok to breed to him with an associated account, but I would want to clear it with Ammit first. If the game stops you, then, obviously the answer is no! :D

Okay, cool, thank you for the clarification! I was preeeeeeeetty sure the first one wasn't okay, but every place has different specific rulings so I wanted to double check.

I'm going to check and see first if the game will allow associated account public breeding, but if it does pop up I'll still wait and see what Ammit says.

Aha, the plot thickens! I went to see what would pop up, and I got this message:

"You must be a level 5 member to breed to horses in your associated accounts."

The only thing I saw in the FAQ about levels was referring to shows. Do I have to have a certain showing ability, or is it a certain number of months the account has existed, or some other thing?

Nope, level 5 was, at one time, what we called Premium Subscription. There were 5 levels total. It's been a loooong time. Probably should get that wording changed! Would you make a note in the Typo Tracker section?
