Sorry for not getting back to you sooner! Real life got in the way ;)
Ok - the thing is that I've not kept notes on what arrangements I had with the different people I have horses from/decendants of their horses from, so to keep it simple, and make sure I don't step on any toes, I will only sell straws from outside lines if I clearly remember that the (outside) sire/dam was up for public breeding. :)
