On the Control Pannel down the left side of the screen, the third link in the top tab is "Create a Horse." When you open that page there will be a place at the top of the page to enter a name and choose the size, gender and age for your horse. This will create a horse with a random color. Below this there will be a section to activate your Daily Herd Helper (DHH or HH) which will create horses of the specified color, pattern, or quality. Your DHH will be active for 24 hours after you activate it (or until you dismiss it which gives you back the random create option). At the midnight rollover, a new DHH will be assigned. If you don't like the color of your DHH, check the Herd helper section of the forum to see if there are shares available of one you like better. Only ones from the last 24 hours will still be active and they have a limited number of shares (especially the higher rank ones), so popular ones get used up quickly, but you should be able to find something interesting, and new ones are posted frequently.
