I used photoshop for mine but I think there are a variety of much more basic tools you can use. As long as you can ensure that the image size is 25 x 25 pixels and a .png for transparency, any program that allows you to work with those settings should be fine!

I was playing last night with a bunch of different apps to make a banner.. not sure what kind of tattoo you're looking for but I can give you a few links or recommendations if you'd like.. I strictly use my phone..

Can you post them for me? I need a couple more myself.

I played around with a few different images and as long as there isnt a whole lot of small details in the image, most of the images do fairly well with being sized down

@bluchrystals Not really. My real life has been incredibly hectic and stressful for about a month and looks to be getting more so. My husband needs triple by-pass surgery, and we're waiting to hear from a hospital 7 hours away from home to begin setting up appointments to start getting that done.
