I remember there being one but I can't seem to find it. It may not have been for 1HB but it was cheaper so that newer players could get on their feet a little quicker. I just got my showing bonus to 9k but it dropped to 6k with rollover so I was looking for a little help.

We ended the Available to Adopt program once new players could create horses with points.

There are a ton of horses on the public sales with 200+ points for only 2500 or 2750. :)
