"Buddy List" is an outdated wording. There were some issues with it, so Ammit replaced it with the Buddy Chat feature.

You can set one up by going to Community/Buddy Chats. This brings you to The Buddy Chat Lobby. You'll see a place to create a chat room. You may have up to 5. Then, you can make players members to facilitate horse sales, either from you to them or vice versa. I tend to remove players from the chat once the sale is made. This helps prevent confusion when someone is a member and buys a horse not intended for them. You can select some rules for who may do what in the chat room.

I call my chat rooms my Horse Exchanges and have them numbered 1 to 3.

If you set it up that way, anyone you make a member that has a Basic or Premium Upgrade can put horses up for sale. Free accounts can purchase horses in a chat room, but can't put them up for sale there.

There are pretty tight restrictions for the horse headers. They must be no larger than 500 x 150 pixels. That's width x length. They must also be no larger than 15 kilobytes in size and saved as a jpeg file.
