Pulling eggs from mare with yummed foal

I I have a 4 yr old mare that was bred this season, but i yummed the foal so that i could gmt/boost her. But i can't pull eggs now, has this always been a thing and i just forgot? since she is still 'bred' this year, do i just have to be patient and wait for next season now :))
