DP/ black liver?

None of these are hom DP, and only the middle one had a chance to be, the first and last ones' dams don't have a copy to give them.
I'm not as good at Chocolate palominos, but hom DP livers are visibly much darker. Unless they have other genes lightening them they actually do look black, hence the 'black liver' name.

Nope, still heterozygous. Homozygous looks black. This is a homozygous DP chocolate palomino though:
