    I missed the Foundation part just saw blue papered. whoops
    the Blue Papered Foundations in game are Boosted from red and are quite a bit of money to make. from what have seeing 5 percent boost at that 200ivs although bosts are 25% off in the store right now

    Yeah, I kinda doubt you'll be able to find anyone willing to sell their boosted foundation, or put her up for brood. You might have better luck trying to buy eggs from one
