Person bought a horse that wasn't there's in a chat room.

    This horse was put up for me in a chat room and he was bought up by this person. There was only 2 horses put in the chat room. Before I had a chance to get mine he was picked up by the same person that was only suppose to buy the other one.
    The breeder has contacted her as have I, but it has been several days and she has not answered. I know she has been online because I have checked the times on her page.
    I don't feel it is right that this person refuses to give him back. Can I get any help?
