3 Month Basic Upgrade from Starter Pack not working

Hi there! I bought the Welcome/Starter Pack a few days ago (yay supporting games and their devs!). The pasture and HBs came through, but the game still shows my account as a Free account instead of basic. I have logged out and logged back in again and cleared my cache. Any thoughts?

make sure you are logged out of both the forum and the game ; re boot your computer and then check the member page :)
