Creating horses of different ages

If I create a 3 or 4 year old, will it lose the amount of training that it would have gotten if I bred them as a foal? Would it affect its PT or its breeding ability?

Training starts at 2 years old, so if you're creating tonight/tomorrow, go ahead and create as a yearling so they age up tomorrow night and start training! If you're looking to breed, create horses tonight or tomorrow at 2 for stallions and 3 for mares, so you have more breeding time.
It won't affect PT or breedability at all.Formerly OscarWildin

or Points really since foals can't train ; its really only helpful when you have pointed creates available to help get their base line up ; OR if you know you ll need to GMT them ; I make foals specifically in case I need to "fix" something

I'm not sure. I've re read this thread several times, and I can't see anything referring to that. I must have misunderstood something.

It looks like you got confused because one of the comments says horses will age up tomorrow. That comment was written on 31st July but looks like you responded on 15th September (’tomorrow’ would have been 16th when you read)
