Question about merging horses *answered*
-
If I merged two horses that were created on different days, then what would the "birth date" of the horse be?Post edited by Xzeina at 2020-08-23 18:17:35

Whatever day you merge them since the resulting horse will be from Hijinc University.Thanked by 1ConfluenceStable

Is it even possible to merge a horse into/onto an already brindle horse? (eg. merging a random create with a Day At The Beach horse)Post edited by Xzeina at 2020-08-18 16:08:21

the birthdate, age, size paper level ect will be whatever the horse you open up in the gene mod lab the horse you choose to merge with it only donates the genetics to make the second set of genetic required to make a brindle. everything eles comes from whatever horse you had chosen to modify the genes of. like this mare of mine
March of the Jellyfish
I opened the rhythm of four mare in gene mod that gaves me the base horse and her secondary DNA set she was a buckskin i then picked the horse to merge with who was a liver appaloosa that gave me her primary DNA set thats added to the base horse. I dont think you can merge a horse that is already a brindle as that would give you three sets of DNA and you can only have 2 . -
As far as I know, you can use a brindle, but it'll probably only use the first set of DNA. I've seen places where Ammit has clarified about using a brindle with genes from the RGS in regards to creating a new brindle.
Definitely don't take my word for it, but I think it's possible.Formerly OscarWildin

I am not sure what question OscarWildin is answering but that doesn't sound like correct information.
No, you can not merge a horse that is already a chimera.Need to contact me? Read this first.

Heard, I must have misunderstood when I read a thread about brindles with one set of fantasy genes.Formerly OscarWildin
