Where do I find the mysterious "10"

When I was asking about culling horses, several people replied anything under "10" they got rid of. I haven't yet found a 10. If it's points, they change as the horse ages, whether this year or cumulative, so I have no clue where I should be looking, and i can't find the post to reread it.

PT scores ; under 10 are culls for me for my show ponies over 10 are my keepers
