I would keep Am I Evil and geld Orion because he didn't test superior to sire. It's my policy to geld colts that don't test superior to sire. Using AGA colts won't progress the line, quality wise.

I don't sell AGA stock either when I sell intact horses. I like knowing that people will get good tested quality stock if they buy from me because I only sell stock that has been tested superior, but didn't meet some criteria for me to keep them. Usually it's because they're too plain and missed too many genes.

I would keep Orion and boost him, as you can't re-add the axiom or the watercolor, but you can easily GMT on the other genes that he is missing. :) Or I would geld both and either find a mare that was Superior and had the right colors, or wait for a future crop.
