    I can't see it, I'm probably looking right past it.
    and I "checked in" 8 or 10 times but the horse said I only checked in 3 times. I pretty much created a horse each time I checked in, too.

    Do you mean for the Daily Herd Helper thing? I don't know that there is a 'counter'. Just the message at the top of the Create a Horse page that says "You have checked in 1 times and unlocked a free Rank 1 herd helper today."

    I believe that it only counts once per day, and the message about how many times you have checked in only shows up at the top of the create a horse page the first time you check the page for that day.
