How much does a single boost change breeding ability?
-
Hi everybody! So I've been boosting a few of my lines now and am still learning alot as I go. I often boost my foundation stallions 5 percent and I know that normally changes a whole paper grade and always makes a horse superior . Now my second generations I pick a couple to boost with 1 or 2 boosts and normally they end up superior to sire. Now I have been strict testing so no horse less than it's sire should pass. Well my 2g stallion lopin light is as good as sire when I tested him previously . Today I put 1 boost on him thinking that should be slightly enough to get him a little ahead of his sire but it actually didn't change a thing. He is still as good as sire .
How much does a single boost change a horse? Would two make a difference if 1 didn't?
Here's a link to lopin light.

ABOUT as good as ;) There is a small range where they still test about as good as. He could have been slightly worse than his sire and is now the same or slightly better.Need to contact me? Read this first.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )
