ISO some tips on relaxing

I have been doing art(2D&3D) for as long as I can remember, and during the pandemic I got into doing digital art. Most of the time I don't let people see my art because I have this irrational fear that they will see/feel what I do when I look at my art... and yet I really want to see what the world thinks of me/my art.
Today I stopped procrastinating long enough to set up commission things(accounts, examples, graphs, ect.), and I know that all I can do now is wait to see what happens.
Any tips for how to not fuss/stress about it, other than to just keep rationalizing it? -
Rationalizing is good, so is exercise and music. You could show me some, I doubt I'll find any demons not present in my own art.Licensed for:
