Appy scoring system.

    I was thinking of a system to assess/advertise appies for breeding/selling.

    To score a horse would obviously need 1 LP after that it would receive 1 point per copy of LP and patn. 2 points per copy of snow and 3 per copy of H and asr for a max of 20 points (20/20 for chimera). add a 'c' for 'color' if a hom snow has not varnished out yet.

    Would love to hear thoughts. Congrats to Annismyrph for winning the contest.

    He looks really cool! plus KP and GP if it weren't for the 9 (and him being gelded lol) I'd buy straws.

    Thanks for testing it out (your scoring is correct so at least it's not too complicated.)

    Ah in the case of chimera you score w each strand so this would be 11/11 lovely horse though.

    I think the points for this one would be 8, although he's got a lot more than appy genes!

    Eh it's fine. I was just testing the waters. I'm think judging from the GMT price that I should maybe swap the scores for H and snow?

    I agree the only thing I have experienced is everyone loves them when they have the snow show against color. He doesn’t get much love since he varnished out.

    @tzano true, you think there should be a modifier for the ones that haven't varnished out like 6c with c standing for color?

    My guys did not varnish out till after 10 I believe. I do have a couple that have not lost all their color.

    Oh this is a great way to advertise the Appies! I would also like to add that the size of their spots can also add to their value. In general, people like the "Big Spot" look more then apps with spots the size of peas/flecks.
