If I make a change in one gene on a brindle, do I also need to make the gene in the other brindle genes match? (sorry, I don't think I am explaining this well. )

If you are asking what I am thinking ; no ; this is how you get the super colorful Chimeras ; one side can be Bay and the other gray ; any color combo's are possible

If you add genes to a chimera with the roving gene sale, it will put the gene on both sets, if you use the GMT lab it only adds the gene to the set you select.
