Confused about this phenotype vs genotype

I was looking at sty/sty + dp/dp chestnuts and this one stuck out to me. Most of them are nearly black, but this one is almost marked like a wild bay with the black "socks". Is it the nd1 creating this look?
Another thing that confuses me about this mare is that she is foundation with no GMT's listed. She's blue, so wouldn't that have to be boosted? She has a lot of genes that i've never seen on a foundie, so I assume she had to be a gmt'd rank special. Is that info just missing from her page?Thanked by 1Xzeina -
I would definitely say that you're seeing the effect of homozygous nd1 lightening the body of this horse and flaxen lightening its mane and tail.

She is also a clone ; so any boosting that was done to the original horse won't carry over to the close; same with any gene changes done in the lab to the Original mare :)

You can tell she's a clone by being bred by Hajinc University? I've never cloned or looked at that before.
