Not able to change tattoo name?

Hello!
I just bought a tattoo slot so that I can mark my DP horses and can't seem to change the name from my username, which was the default, to something more useful for my DP pretties. It is not yet being used on any horses. Has anyone else had this problem and/or know what to do?

Did you type the name you want in first, then hit the "change name" button, or the other way around? :)

Yes it is. Would you please try it from a different browser to eliminate any browser issues? I do know the tattoo editor works much better in some than in others, that could be the issue.

I have just tried Firefox and Internet Explorer with the same result (I usually use Chrome). Is there a particular browser that is know to work well that I haven't tried?

One last idea - log completely out (don't just close the browser, actually hit the log out button) and log back in.
If that doesn't fix it, then I'm out of ideas and will have to escalate this up to The Boss.

I just tried it and it worked fine. Is there an error message at the top of the page?Need to contact me? Read this first.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )

I logged out and closed everything and cleared cookies and other data then re-opened the browser (Chrome) etc and it still doesn't work. When I type the desired name in and press the button the page refreshes and at the top the message says 'Your somatic tattoo has been updated' (can't remember the exact wording) but when I scroll down to the tattoo the name still appears as Margot95. Sorry to be a pain!

Just to let you know that the changing the tattoo name just worked! :)

I have no clue what happened or why...but a big "yeehaw!" for problems that fix themselves. :D
