ISO 3rd Gen Draft
-
I can't find any for sale in the catalog. I don't remember the id number of the horse rescue (sorry, I can't remember the correct word)
I'm looking for a 3rd generation draft stallion, even pedigree.Post edited by OopsDotCom at 2022-03-06 01:05:01 -
Trying to breed to a stud owned by someone else, and the mares don't show up in the drop down list of mares to breed. What am I doing wrong, please?

The stud I was trying to use is https://www.huntandjump.com/horse.php?horseid=13912490
I don't want to use him again, both foals failed strict mare testing.Post edited by OopsDotCom at 2022-03-06 01:37:26 -
I'm not sure why your mares aren't showing for you. The stud you poisted is a boosted Star stallion so seems to be a much higher quality than your mares. That is why you likely will keep getting show foals instead of foals that pass SBA.
Any of the studs that LakeOndowa posted would suit better to your mares as they are more evenly matched.Thanked by 1OopsDotCom -
I don't have any for sale but I have some A rated 3g that I would be happy to send straws for at $750 a straw, they should do pretty well with Blue mares.
There are some 4g in here so just look for the ones that say 3g if you're interested. A few have mushroom and one has lace just in case you don't have those licenses

Your mares are in pasture which is why they aren't showing up on the stallion drop down list

*Laughing at myself* Thanks, Kaos.

LakeOndowa, I'll take all three. It will have to wait til tomorrow though, I blew all my hb on re-rolls. My daily payout will cover it.

Humboldt, could you explain why a better stud doesn't mean better foals? Thanks.
-
Starstruck, thank you, but my ability to know who you breed to who has kept me away from using straws or eggs. plus I'm saving my hb as much as I can for new horses and iv's, I need a barn

You were worried that you were getting spayed/gelded foals from crossing the first stud on your mares. The stud is significantly better than the mares. So that means the foals will not pass breeding advice.
They will still be better foals, and they will make excellent show horses for you. What I mean is just because a foal is spayed by breeding advice, it does not mean you shouldn't use the stud. It just means if use breeding advice, they will have an unlikely chance of making it through intact.Thanked by 1OopsDotCom -
