    Also, is there some way it's possible to give a gene license to my giftee? I think I've read somewhere you can? Something to do with foundations? Can't find it again

    Found the information about licenses. My understanding is to gift someone the license, you have to put it on a foundation and gift the foundation? Any way you can do that when the gene isn't in the monthly roving list? I can't find it in the gmt or the buy rare genes. (I'm looking for roses.)

    Why doesn't this horse show the roses? Are they covered by something? What do I need to change?

    Oh, and will a rank special work as a foundation to gift the license?
    And if I clone a horse that has roses on it, will the clone have roses? (struggling because I don't have the right body weight)

    I can't answer all of your questions, but I do know the answer to your question about why the roses aren't showing. Phantom genes are hidden by the Appaloosa(LP) gene. They show up best on KIT, Splash, and Frame genes.
    Might be addicted to pixel ponies...

    So easiest for me is to try getting rid of the App first and see how that looks. Since I can't add roses or hearts or bouquet (as far as I can tell) I am splitting my collection in two. Hope those genes roll around again soon.

    Rats. I can't modify her. She threw a hom Rose foal though, (with a hom rose stallion) so I could easily use her as is.

    They won't. Phantom genes only come out in October and their designated month. They will not be available this month.

    So the one I have made and have been putting on the horses I will gift her can't be transferred from me to her?

    She would add it to her account the same way you did. Downloading the file and then adding it on the tattoo page. There isn't a dedicated tattoo transfer though, no.
