I'm curious to see what kind of foals everyone's been maxing! I've spent way too many sea pony GMT on them, but i think that was part of the point :p

I've got this lovely chimera boy named after a DND character I play who is an accidental Necromancer Bard. He was turned into a necromancer when he sold his soul for musical talent to a lich, if anyone's curious :))

Oh, this is a really cool thread idea! Necromancer's Bard is gorgeous, and it's always nice hearing about people's DND characters :D

Your horses always make me drool, lol they are all so pretty, love the chocolate chins too, it's such a lovely gene combination :)) I've already posted my maxed babies all over the place (couldn't resist) so I'll refrain from cluttering things up with them, but this is such a welcome new feature and perfect for those foals that miss the mark but have all the right genes!

I'm a huge nerd, I looooove DND :D we did have two sessions going but not everyone could keep up with the schedule, so my bard is sadly in retirement for the time being. We only have one session on Sundays now. It's a great way for me to get my "human interaction time" in cause I'm a huge "extroverted introvert" and people wear me out bahaha.

Also thank you so much! You should totally get the dfp license whenever it rolls around, or during the next exchange so i can share straws :)) my dfp line is my pride and joy. You get some really crazy combos! I had two regular chinchillas that were some of my very first GMTd projects that sadly passed a few seasons back, and I made tribute ponies to honor them. I just added the chocolate as a little oomph ;)

I love the new Max Ability feature so much as you can tell bahaha! A lot of my lines I'm pretty strict on so I never got a lot of keepers. I actually decided to "lower my standards" on my unicorns to just those who passed SBA in order to breed for color, since they are more of a hobby line. My lines were getting muddy looking into the 3rd gen so I'm looking forward to seeing them after the revamp.

I love the new max ability option, as I have a few dying old lines that I just couldn't get many intact foals from, it's pretty cool to revive a line that has my starting horses in it!

It's so good to be able to make the most out of the foals from Archived horses. That is the one thing that always made me almost cry when you have a limited number of of straws/eggs from a favourite horse and it get's the snip. Now they don't have to :D Not to mention the Brindle babies that will get maxed out from now on!

:O golden spur those fantasy ponies are to die for! I've got a puddles/ice girl too, I love how the light and dark contrasts with the splashes. Also what a lovely chimera!! I really do think it's super useful for archived horses too, especially when they were very special to you, or when you have a hard time getting intact foals. Ammit is the greatest for giving us this opportunity! I've been all about it if you couldn't tell by the gaggle of ponies I've maxed! :))

My BIL is hosting sessions on Sundays as well, and it's my first time participating in a campaign. I don't know what I'm doing half the time :)) but it's a blast seeing people's creativity! Lol I know what you mean, sometimes it's the main fun social interaction of the week!

I'd love to get my hands on DFP once my payout is stable enough. For now I will be enjoying them vicariously from afar :x The oomph those extra dark shoulder marks adds is so striking. I love with the white spotted & tob babies how the brindling peeks through in patches :D Ooh reviving old lines is such a joy! The idea of tributes is really nice too, I have a few studs archived from the olden days that I'd love to bring back that way.

I agree, this feature is amazing! I’ve been able to get some higher even Gen foals to test superior with it, so it’s a huge help to my lines!

@corvus I love them! I only have a few splash babies, I need to start incorporating them more too. The second one is my favorite :D

@Taridan :o that's a huge jump in papers! Goes to show how much we can expect from this max feature. I am on vacation right now but when i get home and start breeding I'll have to try this out on a few c or y in papered cry babies!

@BlueCreek I don't think I've ever seen gold and star in second gen OMG. Congrats! They're beautiful!

i just had to max this filly she was stunning and yellow and failed
now i can not be more happy with the pairing hats off to her dad and i always knew you had it in you mom.

Boosted this filly cause my chinchilla line is so small that I need every baby from it I can get lol

I'm loving everyone's babies! I've slowed down on maxing this season after dumping a ton of GMT bahaha. So far I've got my twins from earlier this week and one colt.

I haven't investigated how this works yet. If you have a foal that fails and gets snipped, can you max it and it reverts back, or you have to "unsnip" it first, then max it?

@Iceobb8 if it's snipped it stays snipped even after you max it, but you can still unspay/geld afterwards. Whether a horse is intact or not doesn't affect the max ability feature.
