First log out of the game and back in and make sure it just didn't activate cause you are still logged in.

Second I would log in over at paypal and see if anything is obvious.

According to customer support at paypal, there's no subscriptions. I'll just make a new one.

That's just got me more confused. First, it shows that I currently have three active subscriptions. I know one of them is invalid as Ammit had sorted out a similar problem quite some time ago.

Then lower down, it says I have one premium active and one basic not active. When I talked to paypal on the phone, the agent told me I had no subscriptions active to KD Web games.

The only thing I could figure out what to do is start a new subscription. H&J shows 2 subscriptions now, Paypal shows one. I'm just going to watch in my bank account for what comes from paypal.

Thank you for all your help and advice. I kinda just gave up trying to sort it out, I just wanted my subscription back.
