Some point in the next year before our 10th anniversary every horse in the game will be set to reroll. I do not know exactly when this will happen yet but I don't want it to surprise peoples.

Nope! She just spent weeks on the programming and added them to the game just to take them right back out and throw away all that work. :)

Will deceased horses re-roll too, so the backgrounds will change?

Global, so absolutely every horse in the game. I don't want all the old out of date images kicking around forever.

This is coming VERY SOON. People have had plenty of warning and the new art is now stable enough for this to be worth it.
