    I only see the mares currently waiting to be pulled again at the bottom of the single egg pull drop down menu, not in the mass egg flush menu. Is this an oversight or is that how it's supposed to work?

    If you have pulled a single egg in the last 5 days, they will not show for the flush until the 5 days is up.

    Yes, but at the bottom of the single pull list they show with the number of days to wait to pull again. Why not on the bottom of the flush list?

    Probably because you can only mass flush a mare once per season. The bottom of the single pull list shows the mares that have already been pulled from and still have eggs in storage.
    Might be addicted to pixel ponies...
