    Is there a way to do this in bulk, like, click a dozen horses' check box and then set them all to public breeding at the same time? Or do you have to do them all one horse at a time?

    One at a time. I don't want people to do it in bulk because of how flooded the public listing already is (most people have ten times more stallions than they need). You can always put them in a chat room if you want them to stay listed all the time.
