Can't open Tack Editor?

I try to open tack editor on this mare below:
r Emerald Eye
and keep getting an error that says:
Expected ',' or '}' after property value in JSON at position 193 (line 1 column 194)
Is there anything I can do to fix it? I can open tack editor with other horses

Thanks for the report. From a brief look into it, that particular background is what's causing issues with the background. Something about having quote marks in the item description. I'll work the fix the issue, but for the second you can remove the background in the horse's legacy tack manager: https://bluegrass.horsegeneticsgame.com/legacy_tack_manager.php?h_id=20397355
