Genes, bold underlined?
-
What do the dark blue underlined genes mean? Is this the distinction between genes that can be modified, and genes that can't? If so, which is which?Committed to excellence in motion.
-
It means they have a clickable hyperlink that takes you to a page in the genetics guide that tells about that specific gene :)
-
The ones that are hyperlinks are the ones that have been scientifically identified and in many cases located on specific chromosomes. Ammit is building a resource that will contain what each gene does, it's true scientific name, and examples of how it affects horse color and patterns. It's in the early stages yet, but will be a tremendous addition to this game, which has always been based on true science. Ammit keeps it as up-to-date as she is able, and the game is one of the most accurate places for horse color genetics on the Internet.Thanked by 1MW Stables

Of course, not all colors here exist in real life, but we know which ones those are. I'm glad Ammit is willing to have some fun with the game too.
