I’ve been waiting for watercolor to come through the RGS all month, and it’s finally here! However, since I’m a noob, I didn’t realize that the RGS only works on foundation horses (not lined), so the boys I had planned to give it to cannot get it! Now I’m scrambling to find worthy studs to give it to so that I at least have the gene before it goes away. I’m trying to decide which of these two stallions I just created should get watercolor:

I really don’t like rushing into this since it’s a $15 gene, but I don’t want to miss out! I have already added it to another stallion and mare pair that I have. Instead of adding it to one of the above stallions, would it make more sense to wait until other users are selling intact watercolor babies and purchase those, since I at least have the license now?
