How long have you liked horses? : Since birth probably. I was THAT kid, the one that was always running around imagining that I was leading invisible horses around on ropes.

Why did you join HAJ? : I saw a Facebook ad!

What kind of pets do you own?: Two cockatiels and a hedgehog.

So I actually joined in May. But recently upgraded to basic. It says you can breed on the second after noon( I’m take that to mean 12) but it’s telling me on my page that I can’t breed until the 5th. I’m really confused. ???

Pastures don't open until then. You can 'hand' breed, though. Pastures open on the 7th for free accounts, and the 5th for those players who have paid real live money in the past month, as you must have done to get your upgrade

Heya, quick question. What happens if I deactivate an upgrade? I just upgraded to Basic for three months. If I deactivate it does it pause it? Or delete it all together?

I THINK it just puts it on hold for a while, but let me get with Ammit to make sure.

ETA: I asked, and she said it won't stay off because it turns back on again when you log on.

I typed 'horse games' into google and went down the rabbit hole.

What kind of pets do you own?
I think I've owned/rescued pretty much every kind of animal you can think of, except for those not native to the US. Currently, I have a long-haired German Shepherd dog named Koto. He's my medical service dog and is over a year old. He's super cute. https://imgur.com/user/IridescentLights/posts

Sure! I'm a functional mute most of the time but friends are always good.

What is something you are confused about with the game?
Not currently, but I'm still getting used to all the new changes.

Hi, I’m B. Lifelong fool for horses, joined b/c someone said the genetic stuff was actually pretty accurate. Pets? Two dogs, too many horses, and the only one under 18 is currently awaiting an x-ray for ringbone:/

Hi! New here but already addicted, I feel like I am probably the oldest member in my 30's but I used to play other horse games when I was younger. This one by far is the best, I am a sucker for proper science and color genetics are a favorite of mine!

I think there are a lot of folks on here that are in similar circumstances. It's a great way to get a horsey 'fix' without having to clean stalls!

Looks like you got all your account issues fixed. Now you can REALLY experience the addiction that is Hunt & Jump!

Just wanted to introduce myself, I'm new to this game obviously. I've been obsessed with horses for as long as I can remember. I was always carrying around toy horses instead of Barbie's. I haven't done anything with or owned horses in real life for years, I used to own and professionally show my Arabian gelding.

Unfortunately, horses are an expensive hobby. And I have a daughter now, who is also quite expensive at times. SK no horses. I do have a 2.5 year old female Doberman though. We are training to do dry land mushing, sort of horse like if you ask me. :-)

What kind of pets do you own?: I am owned by 6 Zebra Finches, 2 Budgies, 7 Cockatiels, and an ego maniacal Arabian mare.

agbfloof - People who have been playing longer generally dominate the color breeder leaderboards. It’s pretty difficult for newer players to break into those ranks. Eras were created to level the playing field and give newer players a chance to be competitive on the leaderboards.

Hello! I just joined today and am posting here!

How long have you liked horses? I've liked em' for quite a bit! Been really into them lately and they are very pretty animals!

Why did you join HAJ? I saw someone talking about it and figured I would give it a shot!

What kind of pets do you own? We have a dog and two cats! The dog is a German Shepherd/Coon Hound/Husky mix, and we don't know what the cats are. One of them is a little chubby calico and the other is a lanky white girl.

Looking for new friends? Let us know! I would love to make some new friends! I do not know much about horses so it would be cool to make some that know a little bit! (I would love to see images of horses people own)

What is something you are confused about with the game? Nothing so far! But I would love some advice for anything in the game!

If anyone here needs a filly to train as a show horse,Creams down is a tested palimino roan spayed filly,she is very sweet and she is era 7.she also has a sister named Luisiana flame,(I call her Flame for short) if anyone is interested,creams down is up for sale at 3500 hbbs. Thanks!

Larissa, you might have better luck telling people about your sale horses on the main forum. This thread is mostly for new people to introduce themselves. There is a category on the forum called Horses for Sale and Auction, and that's where people go when they start looking for horses to buy
