Tattoo Advice

I've been wanting to make my first tattoo, but I'm terrible with technology. Anybody have recommendations for easy to use websites/apps to create a tattoo? Thanks in advance!ID - 251100

@SandycreekAcres would be your go to! She did a outstanding job on mine (although I've slacked off on putting it on my horses =)) )

I'd be happy to make you a tattoo, if you can give me an idea for what you'd like. I use Photoshop, which is pretty good for making certain that the tattoo will not use more than 15k of memory. Since I have lots of extra tattoo slots, I just charge for the design work, so my fees for creating tattoos are fairly low.
I know that there are some easy to use web sites and apps out there, but I'm not familiar with them.

I use Photoshop, which is a program I've had for many years. By using its Save For Web feature, I can shrink the file size to fit the requirements.
There's a free online program called Gimp that will do similar things, I think, though I've never used it. -
The tattoo editor that we had in the game was causing problems (Ammit didn't say what kind), so we've had to find other ways to make our tattoos.
