As one might know yesterday was Canada Day and I was hoping to be able to work a foundation Stallion into something that might be noticed as the Canadian Flag, but for the life of me I'm not exactly sure where to go with that ... Its going to have to be red based of course, but not sure if a splash would work, whether a a Kit Promoter might work ... So if anyone wants to rack their brain and help me out, that would be cool :)

They are lovely but I don't do Watercolour or any of those genes ... I might have to go with tob ... *sigh* my least fav gene lol

I'd go for something like this white 2 marking:

But on a brighter red horse, either maybe a cherry drop with this w2 or a stysty red. Because it kinds of reminds me of a leaf.

Otherwise I'd go for a w8 and some other KIT gene horse maybe, like these two gals:

MS3 You Look So Fine Gall (w8 & sab1

MS3 Red Elite DP w8, sab1 , splash and frame

Edited to add: I also just created this homozygous splash frame mare, maybe that is something that would fit your fancy too?

the draft mare is pretty close ... Do we have a pattern that would leave the middle white and the head and tail red ... getting closer though ... hmmm ... little more difficult than I thought lol

If you’re looking for a base to GMT, I’ve got this guy.
Sooty should darken him. Remove dun. Modify white Factor and/or add genes. Simply refilling him might work, too. You can look at horses you like for inspiration. I could part with him for his estimated lifetime payout.

Thats why I thought the Conversation of Hearts too ... but with the Cherry drop red ... Still looking for inspration and with Ammit doing the RS a day (Which is awesome thank Ammit) it might pop up, Maybe Cherry Drop will too. Want to make sure that I use genes that can clone ...

No I sort of abandon it ... the pattern that I'm gonna have to use is probably tobiano and I haven't found what I'm looking for ... gonna just surf the auction and the sales and see if something catches my eye ... :)

Thats pretty close, I saw a few like that but white needs to be just a bit more, wonder if one was to up the white factor if that "spot" would get bigger ...
