Got my 2nd ever lined Brindle baby out of Zephyr and Cleo! :O
He passed SBA but only compared as good as so he will be getting a boost!

Not to mention Cleo is also Brindle so it's a straight Brindle line thus far!

Yeah he is! I'm so deeply hoping Bayamo gets that little habit! I want a 3G brindle so bad! And he's three now!

I have a plan to cross Bayamo with somebody's 2G brindle mare next year!

I've only had 1 other brindle and she was a mare but she was snipped :(

Quests Legacy

Thankfully this boy is het LP and when he gets a boost, he'll alternate in my 2nd gen KP pasture so I'm crossing fingers for more brindle babies!

He's gorgeous too, I love sabino on brindle when it does that!
So I just ran a search out of curiosity, and apparently I'm on my fourth brindle baby too! Three snips, and I didn't know about this one til I ran the search!

Oooo! A Jack baby! I'm going to have to wait 5 days to pull from my brindle KP girls again to try out the straws I got from you last season! I literally ran Zeff through SBA before color testing him and I froze for a good minute or two when I seen "brindle" at the back of his name! I think I would have died a little inside if he was snipped!
Sabino 1 and 2 are definitely my favorite white genes followed by Kit M! But I don't think Kit M and brindle play as well together as Sabino and brindle

He just keeps throwing more exciting surprises! I feel like GMTing is such a gamble because you don't really know what kind of producer they're going to be til you try it, and then you can't GMT them! But he keeps throwing babies that paper higher, and now a brindle! Oh gosh, I hope you get a brindle KP, that would be amazing!
Oh yeah I run everything through SBA first thing! And then I actually look at them and run the rest of the testing as necessary lol. I usually don't color test snips at all, but I'm starting to think I'll have to start! I was gonna auction that guy without looking any closer!
I'd flip those, KitM and then the Sabinos, but I agree that sab works better with brindle! It's so cool!
