Yes, I LOVED his color and tried to get a Foal like him I came close with the first one! but it didn't have the unique hair I was looking for that yours had I will Definitely breed back to him at some point :)

If you want a flaxen liver like Karat, you should breed him to another liver who carries flaxen. The mares you used all either don't have the darkening genes you need to get liver (sooty and DP) or have other genes that will 'override' the colors you're going for, like E for black base, and dunSpiderweb Stables
