I knew this mare was het DP as she was dark with no sooty, but she completely surprised me when one sooty turned her liver!

I got a nice little surprise too. Hom sooty ExPro HH Mare. Happened to breed her to a hom snowflake stallion and they threw a hom snowflake! Which I yummed. So I GMTd Appaloosa on her and she’s a leopard and then bought two copies of DP for her. I’m in love :x

Trust me, I'm trying to do the same thing! I'm just having a really hard time staying away from the creates...especially when I get a HH that has the one chance at getting( and showing) DP.

I've been trying to stick to ExPros or ExPers, but livers are my weakness so sooty chestnut/palomino or dark chestnut HH get selected quite often. :D

Congratulations, beautiful girls you all got!

I had something similar happen to me a few days ago. I had purchased a mystery sigil mare a while back with both TE1 and TE2, that had 1 sty but looked like a double sty chestnut. So therefore I already suspected/knew she was DP. A few days ago I finally got to GMTing her, adding the missing copy of sty, and indeed, she turned into a liver, yay!

I decided to make an embryo of her and my fresh finished TAOLMP stud, as well as breeding her to another TAOLMP via a straw.
To my absolute surprise, both foals turned out to be homo snowflake! I could not believe it, not only was she a DP mystery sigil, but also a snowflake carrier! That was the best day of luck I had in a long time!

Now I'm only contemplating if I should maybe yumm her foals and give her one copy of appy, since, who knows, she might be homo snowflake?

What would you guys do? Both foals are spelded anyway so that doesn't matter.

Omg Master! That’s so awesome. Personally, I would yumm them and add a copy of appy and see! I’d bet she’s homo since she threw it with both breedings, if she was a carrier I’d think at least one would’ve been het.

@Allorah WAY back in the olden days of Hunt & Jump, unwanted horses were sold back to the game via a "company" named The Fusiachi (sp?) Super Yum Yum Corporation. The term was shortened either FSYYC, or 'Yum". Therefore, when you sold a horse to the game, you would say you 'Yummed' that horse.

Thanks for the advice guys, I'm on mobile now but tomorrow (it's already evening here) the foals will be yummed and she'll be GMTd! Fingers crossed haha :p

@MasterStables, this is my mare. Although she's been adjusted a bit to fit in with my snowflake herd, I didn't add snowflake. :D

Mine isn't that out there, compared to these, but my Bronze Age mare is gorgeous and I thought she might have lucked into hom DP, with them dapples, and I wanted the other one anyway, so I went to add it and sure enough! Already hom!

I yummed her foals and GMT'd mystery dame with one copy of LP, this is how she turned out:

Unfortunately not homo snowflake, but as she got so many special genes by herself already I'm not disappointed at all, it would be too much luck on one horse haha :p
Now to see if I can save up the funds to give her a little boost maybe :p
