This past Tuesday I asked you to send me a reply to the newsletter and let me know a bit about you. I was sent so many amazing responses. First, thank you, everyone who took the time to write to me, and especially those who did so before learning I would even respond. I hand wrote about 100 personalized responses to these messages. Due to the volume, I had to switch to a stock response after that but I loved reading each of these.

From these messages, I learned our community has a huge number of dog lovers, painters, writers, fiber artists, and small animal keepers. We have several historical reenactors, and multiple truck divers. We have several language and history buffs, metal workers and photographers. What an amazingly diverse and interesting group we have. :D

Here are some things I shared about myself with all of you:
-My best friend is Bulgarian and I am working to learn the language.
-I am working on an RPG book about women in the middle ages.
-I enjoy art and alcohol ink is my medium of choice.

If you missed your chance to get a Bronze Age herd helper, don't worry it will be back.
The links will be expiring by next week so be sure to use it ASAP.

Some people reported that they got our first newsletter but not the second. Search your email for news@huntandjump.com and it should come up. It is hitting people's spam and promotional filters. Adding news@huntandjump.com to your contacts may help as well.

Some people are not getting the newsletters at all just yet. Don't worry, next week will get a newsletter management page in so you can control your settings. again be sure to add news@huntandjump.com to your contact list.

Some people found they got two links to Forest Server. The link was wrong but the text was right. Copy and paste the link instead of clicking it (or edit hj2 in the url to www) and you will have the Bluegrass Server link.

A scant few people clinked the link and the herd helper did not active. If that is the case for you, please add your name to the bug list. Thanks!

That’s so neat! I’m an historian (Russian mostly), finished my Master’s in Homeland Security in December, and next on my list I’m hoping to learn Polish (I’m about 2/3 Polish myself). I also volunteer for the Red Cross as I’m trying to get more emergency management experience. I currently work as a federal contractor and a vet tech at an emergency clinic as needed.

In real life, I own a Straight Egyptian Arabian who is also Asil and Al Khamsa. I plan on breeding them in the future.

It’s great to learn more about you, Ellie! We have such a great community.

How do you get the newsletter I thought I had signed up for one not sure. Was the bronze Age part of the newsletter.

I don't have any newsletter? I didn't even know it was a thing! But I definitely want to sign up for it!

If you go to your "Manage Email Settings" link on your member home page, you can not sign up for the newsletter directly. (https://www.huntandjump.com/change_email_form.php)

I clicked that, it said I was already subscribed... but I went through all my spam, on my old email and my current one, and other than the Pasture Foal emails I don't have anything.

@RoseRedFarm That means your email provider is activly stopping you from getting our emails. You can try the instructions in the first post. You can try adding news@huntandjump.com to your contacts.

@Ammit, I went into Gmail and added news@huntandjump.com to my gmail contacts. Hopefully this works!

We don't tend to have problems sending to Gmail so I am not sure why you are not seeing it. Did you try searching for news@huntandjump.com?

@Ammit! - OMG I found it! It some how was filtered into my Trash, like, unread... I am looking into how to avoid that in the future!

I just checked your email in the system and looks like you did not subscribe until the 28th which means you would not have received either newsletter.

All prior email codes will expire on Tuesday the 8th when the next edition of the newsletter goes out.
