Some things of note. These spots are still very much in progress and are still undergoing changes. The shape of the spot warping, spot numbers and size etc are are still subject to change.
Right now this script is sloooooow. It's something we are working on still. I strongly suggest you load one at a time and leave the site to load while it does to prevent getting hung. We are actively looking for ways to improve performance on this. Thanks for understanding.Need to contact me? Read this first.

Curious if it is a glitch that some of my heterozygous apps now look homozygous, or if that is just how the new system is generating them? Not complaining because I love it, just wondering.

So for some reason when a horse has exactly 1 copy of coat density (sooty + DP combined) it breaks. It works for 0,3 and 4 copies just fine. But for exactly one it breaks. This is a super weird bug and I don't understand what is going on just yet.Need to contact me? Read this first.
