I need to downsize and get more organized, HELP ME
-
Hey all! So I think I have too many horses going on. Too many different projects I mean.
I have KP mixed in all my lines.
I have my main line which is just a mixture of genes that I’m breeding to a certain paper standard in an attempt to make them “better”. I don’t breed for any particular colors in those.
Within that line I have a small pearl project (which I’ll be keeping).
I have a watercolor line, debating selling out of watercolor only stock, I think I prefer them mixed with other genes (chin, onyx, etc)
I have an onyx line, which I’m debating selling out of onyx only stock because I prefer mixed with other genes (chin, watercolor, etc)
I have a chinchilla line, which I’ve come to LOVE, and I’m working on adding nexus and satin into this line.
And I have my pride and joy, my snowflake line, which is obviously staying.
I also have a leopard appy line that I was just about to start but now I’m considering otherwise.
I need help choosing what to keep and what I should sell off to make myself a bit more organized, have a bit more pocket change and to free up some barn space.Licensed for Onyx, Watercolor, Plaid, Mushroom, Splash M, Phantom Autumn, Ice 4, Ice 16, and Chinchilla - ID: 256300 -
Why don't you just just mix watercolour and onyx into your mixed line, and then keep the prettiest/your favourite foals? You can get some surprisingly fun and interesting foals that way.
If you really need to downsize, I'd keep those who makes breeding and playing exiting for you, because in the end, the most important thing about the game is that is is fun :) -
Somehow I didn’t think of that =)) I’m not sure, I don’t have any fantasy genes in that line, besides a few het nexus here and thereLicensed for Onyx, Watercolor, Plaid, Mushroom, Splash M, Phantom Autumn, Ice 4, Ice 16, and Chinchilla - ID: 256300

I'm with Herseloyde, breed what is exciting for you! Breed what makes you excited and what makes you happy! Keep your favorite of your breeding horses for each line and sell the rest :)

I third that, mix all the lines you like mixed, sell, or put up for breeding in the chat rooms, or spled and add to your show herd.Licensed for: All Axiom Genes, All Rainbow Riot 1 & 2 Genes, Splash M, Phantom except for Wisp, All Ice, Mushroom, Onyx, DFP2, Shatterglass, Chinchilla, Platinum and Height Regulator

I had to combine my mushroom splash M line when I started to downsize, now have my restricted line. I let my Bring Back the Sun line merge into my snowflakes, and of course my snowflakes are my biggest barns. My satin I broke down into two groups but that personal preference, and then my "chrome" KIT KP lines ... the only new line I've added is my Spider line. Ive notice that not a lot of people just went with the one phantom gene so I can't see that line getting really big in my barns.
