I just did my actual first REAL GMT project. :x I'm barely on this account so I thought to myself why not? I'm still working on this girl so she probably will change.

I've added f to make her Hom Flaxen.
I've added Z to make her Het Silver
I've added Splash Het
I've added Frame Het
I've added Pearl (hoping to make her Hom)
I've added Ssty (hoping to make her Hom)

And best of all! I've made her Het for Phantom Autumn!♥️

I'm also hoping to up her white factor as the Sire I'm using is very bland but all in all I'm in love so far! :x

I couldn't help myself. I GMT'ed my upcoming foundie mares to have GP.

I also decided to indulge myself and bought this pretty little stud. I've added GP (of course), pearl and TE2. I'm not sure if I'm done with him yet, but I like how he looks now. I'm wondering how he would look with DP?

The phantom genes only require one copy to show. If a horse has only one copy they will pass it down 50% of the time. If a horse has two copies, all of their babies will get it.

@Sugarbread she is, I wasn't going to do the breeding advice with her because I loved her but I just have to do it with ALL my horses. Her mom is the ONE of TWO horse's so far that I have shut off testing and wont do the breeding advice for.

@Taliesin I just got back on again from dealing with 4 birthday's from July-October and prepping for the Halloween madness with 4 kids and dealing with the school parties so I missed the other phantom gene sales but I will get them eventually. Now I have started prepping for the 4 Christmas parties so hoping to have them ready by the beginning of December so I wont be rushing and wont have to take a break again.

Ok serious question. I bred Sire which has 2 copies of the Phantom Autumn added to this Damn which is an Ice 8. My problem starts that the foal came out as non Ice 8 which doesn't surprise me as it is 50/50 of that passing on but she says she is a Fantasy Gene which would mean she is Phantom Autumn which is fine i understand all that. What I am not understanding is why I can't find anywhere on her Gene breakdown that shows she is Phantom Autumn like you can with NX, I8, and all of the other gene's? Also she ended up being spayed and when I went to try to sell her back to the game it doesn't give me the Fantasy Gene Sell Back option like it does with all the other horses that are marked as Fantasy Gene's? Can someone please help?

Ok cool. Do you know why they aren't showing up as being able to be auctioned or to be sold for the fantasy price? mine say they are fantasy gene's but don't give me the option to sell them back to the game for the $2500 fantasy gene price.

This is his (almost) twin. I am beginning to wonder if he is already homozygous DP. He is just so much darker than she is.

ND1 throws liver coloring off a lot! Some of my mares are almost red.

@Wolvevensleet The ND1 gene alters the look of the base coat though. I have seen several homozygous DP horses with the ND1 gene that look lighter and even some that look darker.
