How do I get in touch with a moderator? I started up two free accounts the other day and apparently they were blocked for breaking the rules, so I cannot log on. I had to make this account in order to use this forum! I thought we were allowed three accounts per e-mail address so what did I do wrong and how do I fix it? I didn't transfer money or horses or anything between them.

I am sorry about your experience, did you by chance have different email addresses for each of your accounts?

No they have the same email, and this one has the same email too. It must recognize it because the name it is showing that I'm posting as in this forum is the same as one of the accounts that got blocked.

Did you by chance create new accounts for free hb? Here is how you contact the site mods. I have tagged the two site mods that are active on the forum. If you click their name it should bring you to their page. Then under their profile picture there is a link that says "send Message".

You are allowed three free accounts per household. Total. That's not per person or per email, that's total for everyone playing from the same computer(s).
All three must be on the same email account. You had two different email accounts in use for four accounts.
If you want to stay with the email that starts with "ma", then you can change one of the other accounts to that address and that would be ok. (Assuming you don't want and close the "trying to get help" account)
