I tried to create horses from the Tobiano Frame HH during the Sabino event for mares for my pinto line.

Their Sabino seems to undoing their Tobiano?

This is one of the mares I created. She has Sabino, she has Frame, but no Tobiano.

This appears to be a bug with the sugar on top special, the KIT in other herd helpers is not applying. Noticed this with my White 2 herd helper as well.

It's not a bug at all. Two genes in the same spot will overwrite each other. You need to use a hom tobi hh if you want both.
