Wow.

I have been blown away by the amazing generosity that several of you have shown me today. I made a l comment in a thread about how I'm struggling to afford my advent horses every day... and now I have enough to not only make those special advent ponies, but also to breed my herd this month, and buy gifts when Secret Santa starts!!

What most of you don't know is that this has been a tough week for me - last Saturday my family was in a severe car wreck (some of you may have seen my post on the FB page, but you wouldn't have known it was me). I've been dealing with some post-traumatic stress, neck and back pain from that. I've also been feeling kind of down from being stuck at home with no car. This game has been a welcome escape this week. This outpouring of generosity today is the icing on the cake, and brought me a lot of joy today. I can't believe that so many people that I've never met would care enough to make this game so fun for me!

The people who gave to me did so quietly, so I won't call them out here, but Ammit or Confluence- if you're reading this, is there something that can be done to show appreciation for these amazing H&J community members?

That is so awesome, I'm glad you have the funds to be able to do more things now! I say this over and over again, but the players on this game blows me away. I'm very proud to be apart of Hunt&Jump. :x

I feel like maybe some sort of "act of kindness" award could be posted on players page, if we have a few day period where we could nominate players for it. Whether it be secretly surprising people with things, giving new players things to get started on the game, helping out people who have questions, etc.

@Crowned1, if you're having a lot of back and neck pain you may have gotten whiplash. I know you've probably thought of this already, but if you haven't make sure you get in to a chiropractor at some point. I can tell you from personal experience that stuff can come back to bite you. Very glad you and your family are ok, though!

The community on this game is what has always kept me coming back, and staying. I did see your post on Facebook, and am glad all of your family is okay. And I second the chiropractor visit.

Hoping you all heal swiftly. Car accidents can have additional pain show up later. Did you get checked out at the ER? Always make a paper trail for medical issues so insurance knows you're keeping track.

The beautiful thing about kindness is that it is its own reward, don't you think? So many people here do so many small things, day in and day out, to help each other, and they have no expectation of recognition, that I worry someone might get missed if there were a prize, or specific reward.

(BTW - I changed the category from HJ2 Discussion to Saddle Sisterhood)
