    I believe they used to (do?) sell horses in the auction. But I am not 100% sure

    Yes, this is the lined horse rescue, nr 13 is the foundation rescue. The lined horse rescue sells their horses in the auction, and rescue/sell lined horses with good breeding and/or show ability
