Password reset - no email received

So turns out an account I thought I didn't make (because I got kicked off the server before I could finish) actually did go through. However, the password I used didn't work. Tried having the reset email sent but it hasn't come (yes I've been watching my spam folder as well). What can I do about getting that account deleted or reset since I can't log in?
