Okay my husband thinks I've lost my mind and that this virus/car thing finally pushed me over the edge ... as I sit here with tears of joy rolling down my face, getting set for the "ugly" cry, but in a good way.

Not sure who did it, but whoever it was or the many ... you have no idea the joy that you have brought right now.

BRIND1 All Good Things

This is what set me off ... she's done ... she's everything that I wanted ... and this community just restored my faith in people. I still might make she a he and fix the Inconsistent ... but for now she perfect.

I've had a tough go of it over the last couple of weeks. I work for the "local" Liquor Store in my town and we are struggling like heck to keep our doors open. My manager ... is now the owner as she took possession of the store on the 1st of March, just when the per-verbal poop hit the fan. Like all small business owners we know our boss and our boss knows us. She is also one of the "at risk" in this pandemic so we as a staff decided that she wasn't coming into the store while this is going on. This had added a bit a stress as we are making sure that she gets everything from the store that she need, and we disinfect everything before leaving it with her.

We had just got everything settled ... down to what happens if someone coughs on us ... which we've had ... or numerous visits to the store (Had one guy come in five times, buying a single each time before we lost our crap and shut him down) when Friday the 13th struck, and struck hard.

Our 2015 KIA was rear ended on the highway, at 80km (that's how fast we were going when we were struck). I never saw the other driver, till he hit us, solid. We have no idea how fast he was going, but we believe he was distracted. He totaled the rear end of the car ... I lost about three inches of the back floor, the back gate being folded is the only thing holding it closed. I got the word on Friday about the time I was going to start my project that they were writing it off. I thought I was okay with that. We weren't dead, which is a miracle in itself, its just a car, it can be replaced. But the KIA was my car ... it was my first "new" car, and to be wrote off kinda stung. I have a friend that works in a dealership, so I'm working on replacing the KIA, but it is an added expense in a time of uncertainty, so I'm stressing hard core.

I just wanted to give a call out to all the unsung heroes ... you guys rock .... I couldn't afford it, there was just no way ... but you made it happen and for that I am grateful ... now onto the ugly cry ... but in a good way ... thanks guys
