Congrats! I've got 12k a day, but most of my show herd is now at risk of aging out, so that will probably drop back down again soon

Same here, unfortunately a lot of my show horses are now 18 and I fail miserably at the auctions!

I agree to that, I usually had to auction off all my foals that didn't pass because I didn't have the room to keep them, I was able now to keep quite a few of them last season! I just worry about taking a big drop when you lose the higher pointed ones! The auctions definitely help but like I said I'm terrible at it lol!

Grats! You guys will get there, sounds like you have good strategies! Then you'll wonder where the time went and what to do with all the hbs you'll have.

Browse the sales too, not just the auction . #13 sells 'perfect' level foundations, and has been showing them. ;)

I remember that I bought a few barns with real money like 60 stall ones to begin with then stuffed them with foals that failed SBA and slowly grew my show herd from those barns. Now I'm in a position where I can buy a 210 barn nearly every month. I just got to 150k per day. All it takes is time and patience.

Reached 11,000hb! Just bought a new 60 stall barn that needs filling now! Hoping to reach 12k by the end of the month

So many generous players these last few days have helped me exceed 12,500hb's a day and we are night right over 13,000hb! Thank you so much everybody who's helped me get to my goal! Next short term goal is 15k :) Will keep everyone updated

@Nightfall ; actually those pointed creates make a wonderful adder for a show barn ; that's where the long term HB's come from :)

So as I expected, I took a hard loss this rollover. I had just reached 16k daily payout, but now back down to 13.5k. Hopefully I can get up to 17.5k by the end of the month as still got some strong ones at risk next season

@Mitchell022 Sorry to hear you took a hit, I was very lucky to not lose a single horse (breeding or show!)

Auction tips:

User #9 (Hajinc Rescue) "saves" high PT young horses from the auction bidder and resells them at the next auction. I've gotten some amazing 13 point something PT horses that way.

If you have a basic upgrade, you have a "manage my bids" page which can be accessed from the auction page itself or from your member home page. Use this thing!

If you have a free account, open each horse you want in a separate tab and leave it open. I believe you can now refresh a horse's page
immediately after bidding without getting an error message or repeating the bid.

You want some horses that have lots of points now, and some that will eventually make lots of points.
So search for: foundations, under 10 years, sort by all time points;
AND for lined, under 10 years, by PT score. If you have the startup money, lined horses 10 & older are also worthwhile if they're showing at 8 World. But bids increase quickly, so you should probably only bid once on those.

Set an alarm for just before 8 PM game time on auction days (when you can)- you want at least 3 minutes, so 7:56 or 7:57 game time. Most of the bidding will happen at the very last second, so keep at it!

If there's a really, really good one you want a lot, try not to bid on many others (at least don't keep bidding at the last minute), because your attention will be split and you're less likely to get that one.

-Also, definitely check sales too, because if nothing else my free accounts are always selling a pointed show foal for very cheap (3k-5k).
